Description: February 2, 2018, 2:43pm. Indecent Exposure. 26 year old Hispanic male, 5’9”, was caught on camera urinating on the mall grounds. Mall security was first alerted by a shopping family, resulting in the suspect being apprehended and detained. The suspect was rowdy and uncooperative, requiring his hands to be restrained while being brought in for processing. While in custody, the suspect continued to be difficult with the Loss Prevention Officer.
