Description: May 1, 20:18, 3:20 p.m. Voyeurism. One perp, 22 year old Caucasian male, 5’10” was detained after a clerk reported that he was loitering in the dressing room. The perp was escorted to the back room by the Loss Prevention Officer, who suspected the young man of using a cell phone to record naked girls in a retail dressing room without their knowledge. Suspect denied the accusation, but a search of his phone uncovered all the evidence the officer needed. Rather than involve law enforcement, the officer exercised his discretion to teach him a lesson about violating the privacy of others, and the suspect was released without further legal consequences.
