Description: July 26, 2018, 11:15 a.m. Petty theft. One perp, 19 year old male, detained after store employee reported missing merchandise. Suspect was wearing the stolen merchandise on his person, so officer resorted to frisking the boy, followed by a strip search and cavity search. Once the merchandise was recovered, the young suspect agreed to perform certain favors for the guard in exchange for his freedom.
