Description: December 16th, 2019. 9:43 AM. Assault. Suspect is an 18-year-old white male, 5’10’’. The suspect has several visible tattoos and a muscular build. He is detained after fighting with another patron on store premises. Upon interrogation, he claims that he was acting in self-defense, but the Loss Prevention Officer on duty has a different perspective. He strip searches the suspect to ensure that he is not concealing any weapons or stolen goods on his person. A thorough inspection reveals that the suspect is in a definite state of physical arousal. Whether this is due to the reported altercation or something else is unclear. The rest of this case is classified.
