Description: January 15th, 2020. 9:32 AM. Surreptitious Videotaping. Suspect is an 19-year-old black male, 5’11’’. Customers complain about a male customer in the women’s restroom. Upon inspection, the Loss Prevention Officer discovers a lost cellphone. He determines that the phone belongs to the suspect. He confronts the perp with the phone in the Loss Prevention Office. The suspect denies that he was filming, but after a brief interrogation, he confesses. He claims that he was just fooling around, hoping to avoid prosecution.
