Description: September 29, 2017, 6:58pm. Petty Theft. 24 year old Caucasian male, 6’ 0”, was observed lingering inside women’s underwear department. He was seen behaving suspiciously (eyeing doors and staff) before setting off magnetic exit alarm. Once detained, the suspect maintained innocence despite the indication of the alarm. Upon being patted down, the loss prevention officer noticed an unusual mass in his crotch of his pants.
