Description: April 11th, 2019. 3:23 pm. Intra-office disciplinary action. 30 year old white male, 5”11’. The loss prevention supervisor observes some suspicious activity regarding one of the officers he manages. He notices that the officer in question seems to be abusing his position of authority while interrogating apprehended perps. When confronted about his unsavory tactics, the officer denies that he has used his power for anything but protecting the store’s property. However, the loss prevention supervisor informs the officer that he has been recorded performing various unauthorized acts with perps on tape. After a brief verbal reprimand, appropriate disciplinary measures are carried out, allowing the offending officer to return to work without suspension.
