Description: October 27, 2017, 2:11pm. Petty Theft. 18 year old Caucasian male, 5’ 8,” was observed placing an unpurchased item into pants from display of adult toys. Suspect drew the attention of the staff for being uncharacteristically young for usual clientele and was monitored accordingly. Under suspicion of shoplifting, the suspect was detained with probable cause by the loss prevention officer on duty. Upon detention, the suspect became agitated, displaying increasingly confrontational and disrespectful behavior.
