Description: June 12, 2018, 4:02 P.M. Trespassing. One perp, 20 year old white male, 5’8”, was caught trespassing after being banned for shoplifting. The perp was escorted to the back by the Loss Prevention Officer on duty, who recognized the boy from a previous encounter. The boy doesn't have any form of ID and claims he recently moved to the area. After cross-checking surveillance, the security guard discovered that the perp is on the mall’s banned list and in clear violation of his probation. Instead of telling the boy’s probation officer, the two work out a deal that benefits both of them. The perp was released without the involvement his probation officer or any further law enforcement officials.
